The Africa Twin packs an all-new 4-stroke 1000cc parallel twin engine. It has the muscle to take on extreme off road environments, offers smooth comfort for long distance touring, and sprightly agility for the everyday commute.

The Africa Twin stays true to its Paris-Dakar heritage – equipped with only the most refined technology developed since its debut, and for 2017 is EURO4 compliant.

Conquer it all at the throttle of the Africa Twin!

Go anywhere

The “go anywhere” approach starts with the engine, which has to perform in off-road situations as well as on-road long-range touring, and all points in between. To achieve maximum versatility the Africa Twin draws engineering inspiration from Honda's CRF250R/450R competition machines, and uses the same materials as the CBR1000RR Fireblade. A match made in heaven.

Look the part

Following its design theme of “unlimited adventure”, the Africa Twin is styled with minimum bodywork in a tough, lightweight form that offers both weather protection for the rider and a slim, agile feel. Dual LED headlights maintain the original’s signature presence and the seat height adjusts 20mm to either 870mm or 850mm. A large 18.8-litre fuel tank – coupled with the engine’s fuel efficiency – provides a range of up to 248 miles.

Key Features

The Africa Twin is ready to go, but you can equip yourself for the challenges along your adventure with some well-chosen Honda Genuine Accessories. Genuine Accessories are designed, tested and built to the same rigorous standards that Honda applies to their motorcycles, guaranteeing superb fit, finish and functionality. They're made with True Adventure in mind. A full range of Accessories are available, including:

  • Panniers
  • Heated Grips
  • 12V DC Socket
  • Alarm System
  • Mainstand

About Honda Finance

Honda Finance Europe is part of the Honda Group of companies. Since 1997 we’ve been going from strength to strength, annually providing more than £350 million pounds to Honda customers.

We only finance Honda products, meaning we have no other commercial interest other than helping Honda customers purchase Honda products. After all, who better to fund your Honda than the people who built it?

As a member of the Finance Leasing Association we adhere to their strict codes of conduct. Our activities are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, which includes our car and motorcycle dealer network, some of who are Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) accredited. Trained and reviewed by us, we work with our dealers to ensure the standards of finance expertise you would expect from a Honda dealer.

Historically, the only way to finance your new motorcycle was to take a traditional bank loan from a high street lender - how times have changed. Traditional methods of funding today aren’t always the most cost effective way of funding your new Honda, especially for customers who require a simple, flexible and convenient finance to suit their needs.

We hope you are able to make use of our finance products to help make owning a Honda even more affordable.
